Return Policy
At Truckner Container, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted for damaged or defective trucks and containers, as well as incorrect items, within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days, with a restocking fee and the customer responsible for shipping costs.
Non-returnable items include customized orders, clearance items, and used or altered products. To initiate a return, contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the return instructions provided. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
For exchanges, similar steps apply, with the option to exchange for items of greater or lesser value. We also handle cancellations, damaged, and defective items promptly to ensure a smooth resolution. For any issues or questions, our customer service team is available to assist you.
